Grappling Education
This Jiujitsu gym, designed and built by Demir Build, sets a new standard in fitness spaces. We proudly created Australia’s first full-sledged pit wall system, adding a unique and dynamic element to the gym’s design. The space is illuminated with stunning lighting, giving it a sleek, luxurious feel that’s both modern and inviting.
Custom benches and a counter desk, crafted from raw concrete and highlighted with LED lighting, bring an industrial yet refined touch to the gym. The colour palette blends matte black, shades of grey, white, and raw concrete, creating a bold, sophisticated atmosphere.
Aesthetically, this is undeniably one of the most visually striking gyms in Australia, where cutting-edge design meets functional elegance.
McMillan
This complete home renovation transforms every space with thoughtful design and expert craftsmanship. The project includes a brand-new kitchen, featuring sleek, modern finishes and a hidden laundry seamlessly integrated into the cabinetry for a tidy, functional space. The open living area has been reimagined for comfort and flow, while the bedrooms are enhanced with custom joinery, maximising both style and storage.
Both the main bathroom and ensuite have been completely redesigned, offering contemporary fixtures and luxurious details. Throughout the home, custom-designed elements like a unique barn door, a bespoke bed head, and a matching vanity—crafted by our team—bring a cohesive and personalised touch to the space.

This full renovation brings a touch of luxury and modern elegance to every room. The space features stunning herringbone floors and a striking LED feature light running across the living area. Custom joinery has been crafted for the kitchen, laundry, bathroom, mudroom, and bedrooms, all with integrated LED lighting for a sleek, modern look.
To add a bold wow factor, we’ve used exquisite Arabescato marble for the benchtops and splashback, creating a sophisticated and timeless feel. High-end finishes throughout the home enhance the luxurious atmosphere, making every detail shine.
Hairbay
This stunning hair salon, designed and built by Demir, seamlessly blends style and functionality. To capture the bay’s beach vibe, we chose "crazy paver" flooring throughout, adding a unique and coastal feel to the space. The showstopper is the luxury cosmopolitan marble floating benchtop, which lights up to create a dramatic feature that instantly draws attention as you enter.
Two striking LED light fixtures run across the ceiling, enhancing the modern, chic atmosphere. We also added a beautifully appointed beauty room, along with a new kitchen and bathroom, ensuring the space is as practical as it is stylish. Every detail has been carefully considered to create a spacious, functional, and inspiring environment for both clients and staff.
